Bing adds ‘Search by License’ tool in Image search field

Microsoft’s search engine Bing has added a ‘Search by License’ feature for its Image search field, which will now offer relevant search results on the basis of chosen licenses. So instead of choosing the desired photo from a cluster of photos holding different licenses, users can now simplify the search process by opting for a particular option to find only free images, or only commercial images, or just those images which can even be modified for commercial use.
Bing is inviting users on a trial run for this new license filter. Users can understand the limitations of the usage of the images by reading related details on the Creative Commons website. Also, those using the latest version of the Office 2013 can also search for images on Bing directly from any Office application. The search results will show licensed images by default.
