Sony had announced the Xperia M back in June, and now the device is available online via retailers for Rs 12,990. This was first spotted by FoneArena. It has a 4-inch WVGA display, a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, the Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB of RAM and a 5-megapixel rear camera, which can shoot 720p video.
The smartphone runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and also has LED notification illuminators like the Xperia SP. It also has a VGA resolution front facing camera, 4GB of internal memory of which 2.4GB is available to the user, a microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB of storage, NFC connectivity and a 1,750 mAh battery.
The phone is available in four colors – black, white, yellow, and purple.
