Spice Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550 smartphone with a stylus launched for Rs 15,999

Earlier this month the Spice Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550 was spotted on various online retail sites in the country and now the Indian smartphone vendor has officially launched the smartphone. As the name suggests, the smartphone comes bundled with a stylus and is available across the country at retail stores, AndroidLand Stores and e-commerce sites for Rs 15,999.

In terms of specifications, the Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550 flaunts a 5.5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) display and is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz supplemented with 1GB of RAM. Other features included are an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and support for 1080p video recording, 2-megapixel front camera, 4GB of internal storage that is expandable using a microSD card and a 2,500mAh battery. As mentioned above, the smartphone also comes bundled with a stylus.


Connectivity-wise that device features dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. On the software front, it runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and includes software add-ons like intelligent answer, direct call, flip-to-mute and Popup Play among others. Spice has also offers a complimentary one year subscription of Evernote Premium worth Rs 3,000 and a free flip cover.


With a price point of Rs 15,999 the Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550 will be up against the likes of Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 and the Karbonn Titanium S9 among others.
